NEW Dove Cookies and Crème Silky Smooth Promises - Target, NJ

I usually enjoy Dove chocolates, they hand a nice mouth feel and rich taste, but The Dove brand had very limited flavors. Recently peanut butter was added to their flavor line-up, and now we have cookie and crème. 

The packaging is a basic candy bag, typical for Dove, and easy to open. The foil wrappers inside are very bland, with a basic black and white design. I normally love the simple combination of black and white, but these are very dull and uninteresting. Very disappointing.

Once you open the wrapper, the candy smells like sweet coco butter. I was sad to see that the candies are about 85% white chocolate. There is barely any cookie crunch or flavor to these! The white chocolate is sweet and enjoyable, but it overpowers the cookie. The cookie bits are very mild, and barely taste like chocolate at all.

If you enjoy white chocolates, than these might be worth a shot, but if you are looking for an actual cookies and cream taste I’d pass on these.
