Can do! I’m glad I’m not the only one who loved that pizza. (I was starting to think I was!)
Although it’s not 100% the same, it’s very close. There really is no right amount or quantity for the ingredients, so adjust them to your tastes. You like a lot of burger? Add more burger. Not a fan of tomatoes? Leave them off.

🍕 Sometimes Foodie’s Double Cheeseburger Pizza Recipe 🍕
Ingredients
-Pizza dough (I use this recipe, it makes 2-12” pizzas) (or use store bought)
-Burger Sauce (Can be bought at Walmart) (or sub Thousand Island Dressing)
-Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (The Papa John’s version is very cheese heavy.)
-Diced Fresh Tomato (Half a large tomato should be enough)
-Diced White Onion (Half a large onion should be enough, but it’s optional. I like onion on my burgers, so I dice it finely and sprinkle it on.)
-Cooked Ground Beef (I cooked up a cups worth for the pizza, and made beef for tacos with the rest of the package.)
-Sliced Pickles
Make your dough, or prep your store bought crust, spread your burger sauce on top, add your shredded cheese (and be generous with it), your cooked ground beef (the more, the burger-ier), diced tomatoes, onions and pickles.
I cooked mine at 450 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, or until everything was golden brown and bubbling. It was really delicious and my sister really enjoyed it too.
To get the pizza to taste as close to Papa John’s as possible, it really depends on the pickles you use and your burger sauce. Although the burger sauce I linked above tastes really close, Thousand Island Dressing will work in a pinch, and taste really similar.
